Saturday, January 05, 2002 was an important date for me. It was the day I published my first post... on my blog! XD I first started blogging when everyone else started blogging. XD I was a trendwhore! Haha. Well, this blog has been through a ton of layout changes and quite a few name changes. I love my blog. I can't remember what I blogged about in the begining, or in the middle but recently, I haven't had much to say but I just can't let go of it. I have emotional ties. :\
 v1»Decaying Beauty Ah... my very first blog layout. Features Rociel from the manga 'Angel Sanctuary'. He's very pretty, I think.^^ A bit crazy though... To this day, I can't remember what I did to achieve the affect that I did on this picture. :\ I like this layout; it's simple, pretty good for a first try, I think. :D Oh, and this was from when my blog's name was Rantz Is I and was hosted on Geocities. :\
 v2 This layout was made by my friend Sen. It features Beramode from the Korean game, War of Genesis III part II. I think that's the whole title. :\ It's very pretty.^^ I've always been jealous of her layout making skills... and this was made quite a while ago so I imagine her layouts would be sooooo gorgeous now. Unfortunately, I haven't talked to her for a while.... and I'm not sure if she has internet access anymore. :\ She also made a wallpaper based on this layout but I don't know what I've done with it. :( Oh, and with this layout, I moved to Fateback.com.
 v3 Version 3, once again made by Sen.^^ I really don't have much to say about it since I didn't make it. But I think this one's very pretty too.^^ I didn't notice until now but both layouts have a very purple-y theme. :D
 v4 Version 4, made by me.^^ It's a very simple layout featuring the guys from Weiss Kreuz. :D I remember a certain someone *cough*jade*cough* was quite upset over my using an image of Weiss and including the caption "Katya grabs a Weiss boy at (insert time)." XD Anyway, the original version 4 was supposed to feature Ojirou from Angelic Layer but the way I designed the layout made it impossible to html it so I gave up and made this really simple one. I really liked it at the time because of the color scheme. Note, this was when I changed the name of my blog to Less Than Perfect. :)
 v5»Sleeping in the Shade I like this layout. It's very summery and green. And it was up in the summer too so it suited it and yeah... I just stopped making sense. :\ Anyway, ith this layout, I moved to my domain, butterfly-edge.net, which sadly, is no longer open. :( It features Zero and Teela from Candidate for Goddess/Pilot Candidate/Megami Kouhousei and once again, is a very simple layout. The screen capture looks a bit weird because of the blogging area but... umm... yeah. :D
 v6»Full Moon Umm... I can't remember the name of the manga or the character the image comes from but the mangaka's name is You Hirogi (I think... I know it's You something... :\) Anyway, yet another simple layout. I love simple layouts. I love making simple layouts. So many of my layouts are simple. I really like what I did to the image, it wasn't much but at the time, I thought it looked so cool. Hmm... looking at the sidebar I can't believe how weird I sound. :\ Also, looking at my sidebar, this was around the time I started noticing Gackt. I've always thought my little 'admiration' for him started a lot later than then... :\
 v7»Where You Are Weeee! It's Cloud! I love this layout, it's one of my favorites. I think I started using Greymatter with this layout. The image is from a Final Fantasy VII yaoi doujinshi. CloudxZack to be exact. ^^ I'd like to get it, only for the artwork though because I love the artist's style. Anyway, the lyrics used on the layout are from the Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey duet - Where You Are, hence the name of the layout.^^
 v8»Hunka Hunka Burning Love LOL at the name. This is Dark from DNAngel. :D~~~ This is one of the layouts that I like better before I code it for the web and add entries and such to it. :\ Also, looking at this layout on my newer monitor, it's hideous. Parts of the layout that're supposed to be black are grey-ish. Ugh, I wonder if anyone saw it the way I see it now. :\
 v9»Summer Rain An image of Kenshin from the anime and manga Rurouni Kenshin was used on this layout.^^ Despite the fact that I named it 'Summer Rain' and it wasn't even summer, I really really like this layout. One of the few images where I actually edited out the background instead of trying to cover it up. XD Oh, and I changed the name to Broken Wings on this layout ->"Formerly known as Broken Wings" can be seen on the layout. I wonder if anyone caught it... Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, this layout was used when I moved to Jess' domain, Dragonflye.net when I closed my own domain. Thank you Jess, for hosting me. :)
 v10»Gravity I quickly made this layout soon after watching Wolf's Rain.^^;; So it's kinda crappy. I fell desperately in love with Kiba, so I had to use him in a layout. I like what I did to the image, it just didn't come out the way I wanted it to for a blog layout. :\
 v11»Where Will You Go? Heeee~ One of my favoritest layouts. It features Legolas and Gimli of the Lord of the Rings movie fame. :D My very first layout using real people! It's very bright, I think. Oh, and another first, this layout, to me, is huge. It didn't fit a 800x600 resolution so I didn't get to see all of it. Well, actually, it's just a bit that I couldn't see and it wasn't a part of the focal point so I guess it doesn't really matter. Anyways, the original text I used for my entries wasn't dark enough for others to see so I had to change it, though, personally, I liked the lighter text. XD The lyrics I used in the layout were from Evanescence's 'Where Will You Go' off of their first full length album, Origin which isn't available anywhere and sells on eBay for lots of money. :(
 v12»Wut? This is another one of my favorites, very simple. But very cute. Schuschu aka Schuldig from Weiss Kreuz was used for this layout. There's not much to say about it except that... I like it a lot. :D Oh, and I think the plain and simpleness of the layout was because I couldn't do anything else but this... I had attempted to make 4 layouts before this but they all ended up thrown in the recycle bin. :\
 v13»Transition I started manually blogging around the time for my finals in an attempt to keep me from blogging as often as I did. I think it worked. :) Again, another simple layout. It originally was an image of Riku from Kingdom Hearts but I cut out Riku and just used the clouds. Don't know why but I did... I like this layout though cuz it's blue. :D
 v14»Transition 2 This layout features one of my most favorite artists, Christina Aguilera. Despite what everyone says about her, I really like her music. Anyways, I really like how this layout turned out.^^ Still manually blogging at this point, I can't remember why though... :\
 v15»Claustrophobic This layout was an attempt to recreate version 12 but it didn't turn out quite like that. :\ It's not my favorite layout but it has Takuto from Full Moon o Sagashite on it.^^ I wanted to start using Greymatter again but I think I was too lazy to reinstall it so I think that I was still manually blogging. I don't think this layout stayed up for very long...
 v16»Sweet 16 At the time this layout was up, it was my favoritest layout of them all. And I really do like it, except for that black and yellow stripe I had to put on the side. :\ Don't ask why I put it there... I like the color scheme of this layout, and the fact that Ryouko (Alichino) was on it made it even better. :D This layout was also probably left up for a lot longer than all the other layouts, mostly due to the fact that I'm lazy... XP
 v17»Tutti Frutti A super simple layout that I made just so I can replace version 16 because I felt that I had left it up for too long. Named after an Elvis Presley song. :D I really like the color scheme that I used for this layout. I like cute colors. Unfortunately, since I used an image for the background, I saved it in .jpg form so the colors got kinda messed up. :\
 v18»Letters to my Love Heehee... a very silly layout. I felt really bored one day so I decided to make this layout. The premise (can I use that here?) for this is that I was writing a love letter to... well, my love and that just happens to be Gackt. XD Actually, it was the only image I could find that had someone reading something, in this case, sheet music but you couldn't really tell with the way I messed around with the image. I really liked how it turned out at first but now that I look at it, it's very messy because of all mosaic filter I kept applying to it. :\ I also wanted this image to be kinda rough, like it does look. I didn't want to have it blend/fade into the background so I left all the edges there and I thought it looked pretty cool. Umm... I'm not sure if that made sense but yeah... :\
 v19»Fallen Another Cloud layout! This one features Cloud from a screenshot from the Advent Children trailer. Cloud looks hot doesn't he? I made this especially for Halloween. It's supposed to look creepy and I think for the most part that it is. Even my brother said so. :D It's fairly plain but at the moment, I really like this layout. I really wanted to stay away from using the mosaic tool since I kinda went overboard with the last one. :\ Oh, and with this layout, I moved to Jess' other domain. :D
 v20»lalala~ This pretty little layout has the (at this time) indie Jrock singer Miyavi.^^ I really like this image so I decided to make a layout with it and here it is. :D I think... this may be one of my favorite layouts thus far. I like everything about it. <3 Well, the font isn't really visibile around Miyavi's arm but I don't care. The layout's still nice. :D LOL and at this point, I would like to point out the little snippets I like to type out to test the font in the blogging area. I'm crazy aren't I?
 v20»untitled Gackt! It took me a while to make a layout with Gackt on it considering how much I'm in love with him. I like this layout. It's kinda plain and it's definately not the typical kind of blog layout but I really like it. Sometime after I made this layout I got a new monitor. An LCD flat screen one and all of a sudden Gackt became brighter and the text became darker and barely readable by me. Changing monitors really changes how you see your own layouts. I still liked it though. :D This is the start of my simple (even for me) blog layouts.
 v20»SMILE Pink! This layout features some band members of L'arc en ciel on it. I believe it's Hyde and Ken under the covers, though there's no sure way of knowing. The picture comes from the CD booklet on their Smile CD. What a bunch of silly guys. :D I reallllly like this layout because it's pink. And also because (to my knowledge) it's viewable on all broswers! :D Yup. I used tables. I don't know when the last time I used layers was since I've come to rely on div layers and style sheets which I'm not sure works outside of internet explorer. :| Again, a fairly simple layout.
